2.2. Customers: Customers can browse and purchase products through the app. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
3.1. Shops are responsible for accurately representing their products on the platform, including pricing and availability.
3.2. Customers agree to pay the specified product price and any associated delivery fees upon placing an order.
4.1. Delivery Boys: Delivery boys are responsible for timely and secure delivery of products to customers.
4.2. Payment Collection: Delivery boys are authorized to collect product payment and delivery fees on behalf of the shop. Payment collected will be transferred to the shop's account as per the agreed terms.
5.1. Payment Processing: All payments made through the app are processed securely. Users are responsible for any fees associated with their chosen payment method.
6.1. Customers can cancel orders in accordance with the cancellation policy specified by the shop.
6.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the refund policy of the shop. "UAR Globals" is not responsible for refunds.
7.1. Users must not engage in any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior while using the app.
7.2. Users must respect the privacy and rights of other users and shops on the platform.
8.1. "UAR Globals" reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any harmful activities.
9.1. "UAR Globals" reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the app after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10.1. "UAR Globals" is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products offered by shops.
10.2. "UAR Globals" is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of the app or services.
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of india.
